Hardwood Floors by R.J.B. recognizes the importance of preserving our forests for future generations. Wood is one of the only building products which is naturally renewable, and has environmental benefits that include oxygen production, carbon storage and the ability to improve air quality by trapping harmful particles in its bark and leaves.
Buying wood from local sources will help to ensure the long-term financial health of managed forests in our region and, in turn, will drastically increase these positive effects that trees provide in our local area.
Hardwood Floors by R.J.B. is committed to using sustainable processes whenever possible, including purchasing all lumber from sources within a 250 mile radius of our Weston manufacturing plant.

Since 1985, Hardwood Floors by R.J.B. has been committed to doing things the right way, not the easy way. We are a family owned and operated business that is devoted to excellence in every detail. We take the time to manufacture our own flooring products, design them to the custom specifications of each customer, and perform expert installation with friendly, hometown customer service.
We believe that expert craftsmanship is in the details, and there are no shortcuts to creating the best hardwood flooring and flooring products for our customers.
All of our 25/32 flooring, millwork and stair parts are manufactured at our 21,000 ft² climate-controlled facility in Weston, Wisconsin. Each year, more than 100,000 ft² of flooring are produced in this facility, all of which is custom cut and tailored for every hardwood floor that we install.
